Single Let Management

Hogarth Property Services offer a completely hands free all-inclusive Professional Single Let Management service for Landlords regardless if you are an accidental Landlord with one property or have a portfolio of investment properties.

Our service is currently based in West London but we plan to expand the service across London in the future.

We started by managing our own Single Let properties and decided that we would use our expertise to expand to provide an “added-value Single Let Management Service” to other Landlords, giving them more time and freedom.

The Lettings sector is becoming increasingly regulated and part of our service is to ensure that all of our managed properties are 100% compliant according to the latest legislation. We aim to increase your revenues, reduce your costs and deliver peace of mind to our clients who can relax knowing that their biggest asset is in safe hands.

Tenancy Renewal £60.00

DPS Deposit Registration/Transfer £30.00
Single Let Management 8% of rent collected pcm (Minimum charge of £150.00 pcm applies)
Court Attendance £60.00 per hour
Serving of Notices T.B.A
DPS Adjudication / Disputes – Managed properties only £120.00
Administration of Non Residents Tax £120.00 per quarter
Handling insurance claims of more than £1,000.00 8% of the value of the claim
Project management & admin fee over £2,500.00 for major repairs or refurbishment 12.5%of the value of the net invoice amount

 

 

HMO Management

Hogarth Property Services offer a completely hands free all-inclusive Professional HMO Management service for Landlords. We can provide you with a one-stop solution for properties that can be more challenging and time consuming to manage than single let properties.

Our service is currently based in West London but we plan to expand the service across London in the future.

Compared with Single Lets, HMO’s typically provide up to 40% more rental income and despite having more overheads are substantially more profitable.

We started by managing our own HMO and decided that we would use our expertise to expand to provide an “added-value HMO Management Service” to other Landlords, giving them more time and freedom.

The HMO sector is becoming increasingly regulated and part of our service is to ensure that all of our professional houseshares are 100% compliant according to the latest legislation.
